CeleRevive facilitates access to wellness assessments and personalised programmes. We do not provide medical services, advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All clinical decisions, including prescribing and product suitability, are made solely by independent, HPCSA-registered medical practitioners in our platform network. Product availability and any prescribing decisions remain entirely at the discretion of the consulting practitioner.
Products requiring a prescription are supplied via licensed third-party compounding pharmacies independent of CeleRevive.
When you purchase a programme on CeleRevive, you are buying a comprehensive medical assessment and personalised care pathway – not a specific medicine or product.
This includes:
- A consultation with one of our independent, HPCSA-registered medical practitioners in our platform network.
- A baseline assessment to determine the most suitable treatment options for your individual health needs.
- The relevant, clinically appropriate products prescribed based on your specific needs and goals.
- Ongoing support and monitoring throughout your programme.
After your consultation, the doctor will design a tailored treatment plan based on your clinical assessment. There is no guarantee that any specific medicine or product will be prescribed, as this remains at the sole discretion of the prescribing practitioner following clinical assessment.
Not necessarily. The suitability of any treatment programme, including specific products, is assessed on a case-by-case basis by one of our independent, HPCSA-registered medical practitioners in our platform network. Practitioners prescribe only what they deem clinically appropriate and safe for each client. There is no guarantee that a particular medicine or product will be prescribed.
After purchasing a programme, you will receive an email with a secure link to schedule your virtual medical consultation.
The process is as follows:
- Click the link and complete the questionnaire on a secure platform, including your medical history and relevant information.
- Schedule your consultation.
- One of our independent, HPCSA-registered medical practitioners in our platform network will review your submitted information, current health goals, any relevant bloodwork or test results, and overall suitability.
- If clinically appropriate, the practitioner will design a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs and prescribe the relevant product/s at the determined dosages.
All prescriptions are issued in accordance with South African regulatory requirements and remain at the sole discretion of the prescribing practitioner.
CeleRevive provides access to personalised wellness and treatment pathways through a consultation-first approach:
- Purchase a programme or consultation.
- Complete your medical history questionnaire and book a virtual consultation.
- One of our network’s independent, HPCSA-registered medical practitioners reviews your information and, if appropriate, designs a tailored treatment plan.
- Any prescribed products (where applicable) are fulfilled by licensed third-party pharmacies.
- You receive ongoing support and monitoring.

A consultation with one of our network’s independent, HPCSA-registered medical practitioners is required to ensure any treatment plan is suitable and safe for your individual health needs. CeleRevive does not prescribe or dispense medicines, we only facilitate access to professional medical assessment.
For certain treatments – such as weight-loss programmes or any hormone-modulating therapies – recent bloodwork (typically within the last 3 months) may be required. You can provide your own results, or our independent network practitioners can assist with arranging appropriate tests during your consultation.
IV therapies and certain in-clinic or medical concierge services are available following medical assessment. Logistics, availability, and booking details will be discussed during your consultation. Please refer to your personalised treatment plan for scheduling and wait times.
Consultations and prescriptions are provided exclusively by independent, HPCSA-registered medical practitioners in our platform network. CeleRevive is not a medical practice, clinic, or prescriber and does not employ these practitioners. All clinical decisions are made independently by the doctors.
No. CeleRevive operates solely as an online retail platform facilitating access to doctor-guided, personalised wellness programmes and their relevant products. We do not provide medical services, advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, or medical dispensing facility. All clinical services are handled independently by licensed practitioners.
CeleRevive provides access to assessments and tailored treatment plans through our network of independent medical practitioners. Any prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of the licensed practitioner following clinical review.
No. Nothing on the CeleRevive platform or in any communication from us constitutes medical advice or creates a doctor–patient relationship. All clinical evaluations are conducted independently by qualified practitioners.
Certain products may require practitioner approval or a prescription. These are assessed and fulfilled independently by licensed third-party pharmacies. CeleRevive does not compound, manufacture, prepare, or dispense prescription medicines itself.
Some products may not be registered or approved as medicines by SAHPRA or equivalent bodies, depending on their classification. Where products are supplied on a prescription or practitioner-authorised basis, they are dispensed through licensed healthcare channels in accordance with applicable regulations.
CeleRevive operates as an online retail platform. Prescription or practitioner-authorised items are fulfilled by licensed, compliant third-party compounding pharmacies independent of CeleRevive. We do not manufacture, compound, or dispense medicines ourselves.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding agreement is only formed once payment has been successfully received, the order has been accepted and confirmed by CeleRevive, and (where applicable) a valid prescription has been issued following consultation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or information errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
Due to the nature of compounded and regulated products, returns may be restricted or unavailable once dispatched. Where returns or refunds are permitted, they will be handled in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act. For programme or product purchases, please refer to the specific refund terms in the “What am I purchasing” section in our full Terms of Service.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (courier delays, supplier constraints, or regulatory issues). Risk passes to you upon dispatch.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CeleRevive’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product or programme giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We partner with trusted third-party providers (couriers, payment processors, licensed pharmacies, and independent medical practitioners). CeleRevive is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of these independent parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
